II) THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SITE.

GENERAL

We may send notices to you regarding your use of the Site by sending an email to the email address indicated in your account information, by sending a letter by postal mail to the contact address indicated in your account information, or by a notice on the site when you access your account. AND WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN AGREEMENT AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STATE OF FLORIDA RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
